So today is just goal day... maybe...
Me and my bestist older sister are doin this little thingy to help us keep in touch and get our dream body #potato! So anyway right now I have a grand total weight of 156 pounds. Oh wait, I almost forgot I was heavier then some, I meant 256 pounds, but i weighted 260 last week so YEAH ME! not that a stupid little fact like how gravity impacts you body should matter at all! (Always remember)
Anyway. This is not about weight this is just about healthiness... You have to check in at least every other day or else it aint good.
Goals
Work out at least 3 times a week for at least 30 min.
Eat food.
Darn, that one sounds like I got a eatin disorder, the exact opposite actually... eat just what you need
So my goal weight is 240. I like to reach my goals and I can tottally do this so it is my start! :D
Ok so this thing actually starts my first day of college just is just my start up faze. :D
